Kalevan Rasti reserves the right to amend these terms by publishing the updated version on the website. Customers are advised to review the current terms before placing an order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content presented in the Kalevan Rasti online shop (including images, texts, product information, trademarks, videos, logos, and tables) is the property of Kalevan Rasti and/or its partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or copying of this content is strictly prohibited. Finnish law shall apply to the resolution of any disputes regarding copyright infringement.
ORDERING FROM THE ONLINE SHOP
Any applicable delivery costs will be stated during the checkout process. Most products consist of digital access rights or are collected from designated pick-up points, in which case no delivery costs are charged.
Purchasing from the online shop does not require a separate registration. You only need to provide an email address where the order details and receipt will be sent.
Add the desired products and services to your shopping basket and proceed to payment by clicking "Pay". Fill in the required information. When you click the payment button, the order is transmitted to the Kalevan Rasti online shop for processing.
PLEASE NOTE: The shopping basket does not reserve products until the order has been paid for. This applies to physical products other than services or access rights.
Payment of the Order
The transition from the shopping basket to payment is described above. Clicking "Pay" transfers the payment details to the operator, Paytrail Plc (Paytrail Oyj), which displays its own payment interface. Depending on the payment method, Paytrail will request the necessary details. Paytrail does not disclose any personal data to Kalevan Rasti; it only confirms whether the payment was successful.
Kalevan Rasti Ry is not responsible for the payment transaction; these are handled by Paytrail Plc. Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) acts as the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier in the first instance.

Product Availability
Kalevan Rasti reserves the right to cancel an order if there are issues regarding the availability of a product or service. In such cases, Kalevan Rasti will contact the customer. Product availability changes rapidly, and availability at specific pick-up points cannot be fully guaranteed.
Delivery
The delivery time for products ordered from the online shop is 2–5 working days for standard items or services collected from a pick-up point. If the product includes personalisation (e.g., apparel with custom features or details), the delivery time will be confirmed after the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is sold out or no longer available.
Kalevan Rasti is not liable for delays or the loss of a package caused by a third party mentioned in the transport agreement or any other unforeseen and insurmountable Force Majeure event. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to errors, such as typographical errors, technical issues, or the product being out of stock.
Delivery Methods
Physical products are delivered via Posti (Finnish Post). The Kalevan Rasti online shop delivers orders throughout mainland Finland. Please note that we do not deliver online shop orders to the Åland Islands or to international addresses outside of Finland.
Digital Services: Maps collected from pick-up points and fees for training packages/sessions do not involve physical delivery; the customer receives only a receipt via email.
Delivery costs are added to the order if shipping is required. These costs are displayed in the shopping basket. For orders sent via Posti, the order cannot be modified or cancelled once the order confirmation has been issued.
Faulty or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment has been broken or the packaging damaged during transport, please file a written damage report with Posti immediately. We pack all products appropriately to minimise the risk of damage. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit.

Right of Exchange, Cancellation, and Return
Our online shop primarily sells digital services, which cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned. Tailor-made maps collected from our pick-up points are also considered digital/customised services.
Other exchanges and returns must be agreed upon with the Kalevan Rasti office (contact details on the kalevanrasti.fi website).
In accordance with the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, the right of exchange and return does not apply to products or goods that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's requirements or clearly personalised for individual needs. This includes maps tailored to customer needs or personalised products.
For standard products (such as non-customised apparel), a 14-day right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations applies. Please note that the product must be unused and the packaging must be in a resalable condition. If a product was ordered with personalisation, the order cannot, by default, be cancelled. Please consult the Kalevan Rasti office regarding possibilities.
If a returned product has been used in violation of the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the merchant (Kalevan Rasti Ry) has the right to charge for the reduction in value, up to the full price of the product plus return costs.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Prices
Kalevan Rasti is not VAT-registered; therefore, our prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). The price charged is the price in Euros valid at the time of the order, as stated in the online shop and the order confirmation. Prices reflect the price level on the date of publication. We reserve the right to change prices. All prices are per unit unless otherwise stated.
Manifest Pricing Errors
Kalevan Rasti reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear and material pricing error. This refers to a situation where the price in the online shop deviates so significantly and clearly from the normal price of the product that an average consumer would be expected to understand that it is an error.
Product Information and Images
Some product images in the online shop are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly correspond to the actual product for sale.
Use of Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Police.
