Youth Jukola 2026
Kalevan Rasti and Kontiolahden Urheilijat are jointly organizing a youth orienteering Super Weekend in August 2026. The Youth Jukola relay will be held on Saturday, followed by individual competition on Sunday.
The competition center will be the Kontiolahden Biathlon Stadium, which offers internationally renowned facilities for competitions.
Terrain and Old Map
The competition terrain is fast and consists of pine forest with plenty of trails. The area's history as a training ground for the disbanded North Karelia Brigade is also visible in the competition terrain. The terrain is largely flat, but the shoreline of Lake Höytiäinen provides suitable elevation changes for the courses.
